Free trials

HOBBY and PRO both include a 7-day free trial. We collect payment details up front so the transition to paid is seamless if you don't cancel. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.

Each plan's trial is one-shot per workspace — once you've used your HOBBY trial, switching to PRO doesn't grant another HOBBY trial later.

Upgrades

Click Upgrade to Hobby or Upgrade to Pro on /settings/billing. We send you to Stripe Checkout to capture payment details, then your workspace flips to the new tier as soon as the webhook lands (usually within a second or two).

If you upgrade mid-trial from HOBBY to PRO, the remaining trial time carries over — you don't lose a day.

Downgrades & cancellations

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid features until then. We honor prepaid time — if you've paid through April 30 and downgrade on April 5, your access continues to April 30.

Cancelling drops you to FREE at the period end. Your data stays put: funnels, profiles, stitched journeys, email history. If you upgrade again later, everything reappears immediately.

The flow:

  1. Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
  2. Confirm; we set Stripe's cancel_at_period_end.
  3. The page now shows a "Cancelling on <date>" badge with a Resume subscription button — change your mind any time before the period ends and the cancellation reverts.

Switching plans mid-billing-period

Stripe handles prorations. Upgrading charges you for the difference today; downgrading credits the unused portion to your next invoice.

To switch plans:

  1. Settings → Billing.
  2. Click the new plan card's Switch to … button.
  3. Confirm in the modal.

We use Stripe's subscriptions.update so the change is atomic — no checkout flow, no re-entered payment details.

Refunds

Within 14 days of paying, we refund. Email [email protected].

Stripe Customer Portal handles the things we shouldn't reinvent: invoice history, payment method updates, tax IDs, billing address. The "Manage billing" button on the billing page is your shortcut.
