Team & roles
A workspace can hold up to 5 members on PRO, with role-based access control. FREE and HOBBY are single-seat (the workspace owner only). All workspace data — funnels, profiles, integrations, billing — is shared across members; tracking, splits, and reports are workspace-scoped, not user-scoped.
Inviting a member
Settings → Team → Invite team member.
- Enter the colleague's email.
- Pick a role.
- Click Send invite. We send a magic-link sign-in email; on first login they're added to your workspace.
Invitees who don't yet have a FunnelFizz account get one provisioned automatically when they accept. Pending invites show with a Pending chip in the team list and can be cancelled by removing the row.
The three roles

A workspace always has at least one ADMIN. You can't demote the last ADMIN (the role select is hidden for the only admin row), and the ADMIN can't remove themselves until they promote someone else.
What VIEW_ONLY can do
- Open the dashboard, every funnel canvas, every stage panel.
- Read profiles, journeys, campaigns, automations, integrations.
- Generate AI reports against the workspace's quota (this is intentional — VIEW_ONLY collaborators should be able to ask "how are we doing?" without bugging an admin).
What VIEW_ONLY can't do
- Create / edit / delete funnels, stages, splits, conversions, extensions.
- Compose or send email campaigns.
- Activate / deactivate automations.
- Connect or disconnect providers / Stripe / domains.
- Touch billing or members.
What MANAGER adds
Everything VIEW_ONLY can do, plus full read/write on funnel and email content. MANAGER is the right role for marketing operators and growth engineers who own the funnel structure. They can't grant themselves elevated access or change billing.
What ADMIN adds
Everything MANAGER does, plus member management and billing. Reserve ADMIN for founders / ops leads.
Removing a member
Settings → Team → click the trash icon on the row → confirm.
Their access revokes immediately. Their authored automations / campaigns stay in the workspace under the workspace owner's name — removing a member never deletes content.
Workspace name
ADMINs can set the workspace name from the same page. The name shows up in member invites, the in-app top bar, and outbound email "from" lines on shared sender domains. Pick something your team recognizes.
Plan & billing implications
The 5-member limit is a soft cap that scales with your PRO subscription — there's no per-seat charge today. If your team grows beyond 5, email [email protected] and we'll lift the cap manually.
Downgrading PRO → HOBBY removes member access from anyone other than the workspace owner. We don't delete their FunnelFizz account, just the membership row, so re-upgrading restores access.
What members share vs. don't
Shared: every funnel, every profile, every connected provider, every API key, every email domain, every automation, every report.
Per-user: profile photo, name, last sign-in time. Members don't have personal scratch funnels or private profiles inside the workspace.
If you need true isolation between two parts of your business, create separate workspaces.
