Your first AI report
~3 minutes · Beginner
Five clicks, one funnel, one Markdown report you can read or forward. Best done after you've installed tracking and connected Stripe so the model has both sides of your funnel to look at, but you can still get value with one or the other.
Who this is for
- You're on HOBBY or PRO (FREE doesn't include AI reports).
- You have at least one funnel set up.
- You want a written-up read of your funnel without prompting an agent yourself.
1. Open Reports
Click Reports in the left nav, or open /reports directly. You'll see any existing reports for this workspace plus a quota chip ("X of Y used this month").
2. Click Generate report
Top-right of the page. The modal shows your funnel list and the period selector. If you already have a report on this funnel, the same modal appears as Regenerate.
3. Pick a funnel and a period
| Period | Best for |
|---|---|
| Last 7 days | Quick pulse after a launch or a recent change |
| Last 30 days | Weekly review — recommended default |
| Last 90 days | Trend view, only useful once you have ~30 days of data |
Pick Last 30 days for your first run. Click Generate.
4. Wait ~45 seconds
The list flips to "Generating…" and refreshes itself, you don't have to babysit the tab. Most reports finish in 30–60 seconds. If the generation fails, the row turns red with the error and your quota auto-refunds for transient failures.
5. Read, share, regenerate
When it's done, click the row to open the full report.
- Copy drops the Markdown into your clipboard.
- Download saves a
.mdfile you can paste into Notion / Linear / your repo. - Regenerate runs a fresh pass, useful after you ship a fix and want to see if the score moved.
Reading the score
The score is honest, not generous.
- Below 30 almost always means tracking isn't installed. The model can only see what you give it. Install tracking and regenerate.
- Below 50 almost always means Stripe isn't connected, so TRIAL and CUSTOMER counts are zero. Connect Stripe and regenerate.
- 50–70 means there's enough signal to trust the findings. Read the Quick wins section first, those are designed to be doable today.
- Above 70 is rare and earned, the report will lean into experiments and growth bets rather than fixes.
What to do with it
The Markdown export is the most useful part. Paste it into a weekly review doc, a Slack #growth channel, a Linear issue you're triaging. The report is structured so each finding includes a recommendation and an expected impact, so it's easy to triage what to fix this week vs. park.
